Well of Sacrifice started as a recording project to feature heavy grooves, odd time signatures, synthesizers, harsh vocals, and lyrics inspired by humankind's dark past and dismal future.
The band takes its name from the Sacred Cenote, an ancient Mayan sacrificial site located in Chichen Itza, Mexico.
